Vehicle details
Testarossa is a two-seat grand tourer with a twelve-cylinder engine behind the cockpit. Its naturally aspirated, 180-degree V12 sits low and wide, producing 390 CV in this early specification. Long horizontal strakes along the flanks feed the side-mounted radiators. A five-speed manual gearbox drives the rear wheels, while the rear section of the tubular chassis can be detached with the powertrain for servicing. The low nose and broad rear arches express the proportions of a body built around its engine and cooling system.
