46-Series Cylindrical Batteries
The 46-series uses a 46 mm diameter and offers 80, 95, 100 and 120 mm heights. High-nickel NCA cathodes, SCN anodes and tabless current collection support output and fast charging to 80 percent in 20 minutes. Production started in 2025; initial 4695 modules served micro mobility, and Samsung SDI subsequently secured NCA 46-series supply agreements with automotive customers.
